Planning a Visit?
For your convenience, we offer both virtual and in-person clinic visits.
In-Office Visits
We’re looking forward to seeing you! Root members may book an in-office appointment by calling our office at 508-928-7668. To request a non-urgent visit, you could also send us a message via the Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway. While we are open for sick visits, we ask that patients test for Covid-19 at home prior to seeing us if possible.

Virtual Visits
We are using a secure Zoom platform for our virtual visits. You will find your unique link in the Patient Gateway under Appointments.
Preparing For Your Virtual Visit
Download and install Zoom (either the App or on a computer via zoom.us/download)
Open your Patient Gateway using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and find the Make an Appointment
Find your appointment with Root and click on the E-Checkin box and see if there are any surveys to complete – these are important for your doctor to review during your visit!
Prepare any vital signs that you are able to do at home. You can take your pulse, check your weight, and take a blood pressure if you have a home cuff.
Click on “Begin Virtual Visit” and please remain in your doctor’s “waiting room” until the visit starts.
